About Fuse Facilitation
Fuse Facilitation was launched in 2025 as a dedicated corporate facilitation firm based in Calgary, Alberta. It began as an internal service within Superheroes Academy, where demand for professional group facilitation grew beyond expectations.
We work exclusively with companies seeking external support for team workshops, leadership planning, and offsite strategy sessions.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Calgary.

What to Expect
Clear structure, well-managed discussions, and outcomes your team can act on.
We start with a 30-minute meeting to understand your goals, event format, and team dynamics.
You receive a structured proposal with an agenda and recommended session structure. There is no cost or obligation.
On the day of the event, we guide the meeting so you and your team can focus on participating, not managing.

Do you work with non-profits or government teams?
Yes. We’ve supported teams from public institutions, health services, and educational organizations.
What’s included in your $5,000 CAD rate?
Pre-session consultation, a custom agenda, all preparation, and one full day of live facilitation in the Calgary area.
Do you facilitate sessions outside of Alberta?
Currently, we focus on Calgary, Banff, and Canmore. Other locations are considered depending on availability.
How early should we book?
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks ahead, especially for spring and fall retreats.
Do you offer virtual facilitation?
We focus on in-person sessions. Virtual sessions are not part of our current offerings.
Can you accommodate large groups (50+)?
Yes, with advance notice. We will structure the day appropriately and, if needed, bring additional facilitation support.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required upon confirming the date and agenda.
Can we see a sample agenda before committing?
Yes. We provide a no-cost sample agenda as part of the proposal process.
Do you provide materials for the session?
We bring basic materials (markers, post-its, etc.) and can work with your team to print any needed documents.
How do you handle difficult group dynamics?
With formal training in group systems coaching and years of experience, we support all teams—especially those with tension, misalignment, or recent change.
